Reiki for Realignment, Balance and Relaxation (1 one 1)

The service is performed by level 2 Reiki practitioners at HES and often lasts from 45 minutes to 1 hour. This aims to help individuals relax their bodies, emotions, and minds, with the goal of improving personal well-being holistically and sustaining a healthy body, emotion, and mind for long-term illness prevention.

In this service, individuals are provided with remote or in-person 1 on 1 energy healing using the Holy Fire III Reiki technique, as taught by HES. The energy healing practitioner will apply a set of different hand positions to facilitate healthy re-alignment of good Qi energy within the client's energy body. We will also integrate deep knowledge of traditional medicine, combined with clearing the auric field of the aura body that surrounds your physical body and energy gates to enhance mental and emotional well-being, thus improving physical health. This method also helps you better connect with your body and address psychological and emotional stagnation resulting from various forms of past trauma that have left an impact on your present.
